Services and Booking
- Our services include home relocation, office shifting, packing, loading, unloading, and storage solutions.
- To provide you with the best service, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.
- If you need to make any changes to a confirmed booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to ensure a smooth transition.
- We are committed to delivering high-quality service, but in rare cases, service may be declined due to unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance with our policies.
Pricing and Payment
- Our pricing is transparent and based on factors such as distance, volume of items, labor, and additional services requested.
- A 50% advance payment is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon service completion.
- We offer multiple payment options, including cash, bank transfer, or online methods where applicable.
- In case of special handling requests, delays caused by unforeseen factors, or last-minute modifications, additional charges may apply.
- We ensure competitive pricing, and while prices may be subject to change, all confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
- We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service.
Liability and Damage Policy
- Our team takes the utmost care in handling your belongings, ensuring safe packing and transportation.
- While we strive for excellence, Farhan Movers Sharjah cannot be held liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, improper customer packing, or pre-existing damages.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect their belongings before and after the move. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- If you have high-value or fragile items, please inform us in advance so we can take necessary precautions. Additional insurance may be required for such items.
Customer Responsibilities
- To ensure a smooth moving experience, customers must provide accurate details about pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring easy access to the premises for loading/unloading and arranging necessary permissions if required.
- If additional labor is needed due to unforeseen challenges (e.g., no elevator access, tight staircases), additional charges may apply.
- Customers opting for self-packing must ensure their items are securely packed before transportation.
Restricted Items
For the safety of our team and compliance with UAE regulations, we strictly do not transport the following items:
- Hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable liquids.
- Illegal substances, stolen goods, or firearms.
- Perishable food items or live animals.
- Any items restricted by UAE law.
Privacy and Confidentiality
- Your privacy is important to us. We handle all personal information with strict confidentiality.
- Customer details are used solely for booking and service-related purposes and are not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
